Use the "Notes & Activities" tab to see your Notes in details.
It allows you to build a customized classification of your Notes/Activities.
Explanations:
To see the list of Notes of one Category, just click on the Category from the left panel.
The list of Sub-Categories and Notes are then listed in the right panel.
You can add new Categories or modify existing ones using the left panel,
as shown here
