Each time you create a new file, kplan creates a special Contact named "Administrator of the file",
which cannot be deleted.
You can provide a login name (identifier) and a password for the Administrator.
If you do not provide a password, the file can be accessed by anyone.
If you DO provide a password, the file can ONLY be accessed by password holders.
WARNING: if your password is lost, the file will be definitively unreadable !!
You can modify the Administrator at any time, using the "Tools|Modify Administrator password" menu.
